For Agents & Property Owners

To become a DaarPortal agent:

Click "List Property" or "Become an Agent" on our homepage
Choose a subscription plan (Starter, Growth, or Professional)
Register your account with email and personal details
Complete your agent profile with company information
Make payment for your selected subscription plan
Access your dashboard and start listing properties

The entire process takes 10-15 minutes. No long-term contracts required.

All property listings must meet these minimum requirements:

Photography Requirements:

Minimum 8 high-quality photos
HD resolution (1280x720 pixels minimum)
Front exterior shot required
All main rooms must be photographed

Description Requirements:

Detailed property description
Accurate specifications and measurements
Clear pricing information
Neighborhood information

Listings not meeting quality standards may require updates before approval.

Each subscription plan has specific property limits:

Starter Plan: Up to 5 properties

Growth Plan: Up to 10 properties

Professional Plan: 15+ properties

You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time based on your needs.

You can manage your listings from your agent dashboard:

Edit Listing: Go to "My Listings", select the property, and click "Edit" to update any details.

Deactivate Listing: Temporarily hide a listing while keeping it in your dashboard.

Delete Listing: Permanently remove a property from the platform.

Changes to active listings are reflected immediately on the platform.

Subscriptions & Billing

Our subscription plans are priced as follows:

Starter Plan (5 properties): KES 5,000/month

Growth Plan (10 properties): KES 10,000/month

Professional Plan (15+ properties): KES 15,000/month

Featured listing add-on: KES 3,000 per property/month (available with any plan).

All plans are billed monthly with no long-term commitment required.

We accept secure online payments through:

Credit cards (Visa, MasterCard)
Debit cards
Mobile money (M-Pesa)
Bank transfers

Payments are processed securely through our payment gateway. You will receive a payment confirmation and receipt via email.

Yes, you have full flexibility with your subscription:

Plan Upgrades:

You can upgrade your plan at any time. The new plan takes effect immediately, and you'll be charged the prorated difference.

Plan Downgrades:

You can downgrade your plan at any time. The change will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

Cancellation:

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Your account will remain active until the end of your current billing period.

No cancellation fees or penalties apply. All plan changes can be made from your account dashboard.

Our refund policy is as follows:

We offer prorated refunds for unused portions of your subscription if you cancel within 7 days of payment.

Refunds are not available for:

Subscription periods that have already been used
Featured listing add-ons after they have been active for more than 24 hours
Accounts that violate our terms of service

To request a refund, contact our support team with your payment details and reason for cancellation.

For Property Seekers

You can contact agents directly through several methods:

Direct Call:

Click the "Call Agent" button on any property listing to call the agent directly.

Email Inquiry:

Use the contact form on the property listing page to send an email directly to the agent.

WhatsApp:

Click the WhatsApp button to start a chat with the agent directly.

DaarPortal does not process property transactions. All communications and negotiations happen directly between you and the agent.

No, property seekers pay no fees to use DaarPortal.

DaarPortal is completely free for property seekers. You can:

Browse all property listings without registration
Search and filter properties by location, price, type, and features
Save favorite properties
Contact agents directly

We do not charge commissions or transaction fees. Any fees would be between you and the agent, not through our platform.

All agents on DaarPortal undergo a verification process:

Verification includes:

Company registration verification
Professional credentials check
Contact information validation
Payment verification for subscription

You can identify verified agents by:

The "Verified Agent" badge on their profile and listings
Complete company information in their profile
Professional contact details

If you have concerns about any agent, please contact our support team.

Yes, you can save properties and receive updates:

Save Properties:

Click the "Save" or "Favorite" button on any property listing to add it to your saved list.

Create an Account (Optional):

Price Drop Alerts:

Get notified when properties you've saved have price reductions.

New Listing Alerts:

Set up alerts for new properties matching your search criteria.

Creating an account is free and only takes a minute. No subscription required for property seekers.
